Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead and mentor retail associates to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Analyze sales data and implement action plans for performance improvement
- Enforce company policies and maintain store security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service best practices
- Problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent required
