- Direct all sales, marketing, and operational activities for assigned branches
- Drive achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Manage and develop retail staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards
- Implement customer service excellence programs to enhance shopping experience
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in consumer electronics/appliances
