- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain product quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand's standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and control waste to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the store premises.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail management, supervisory roles, or customer service leadership.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours and weekends.
- Basic math skills for accurate handling of transactions and cash management.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Hospitality, or Retail Management is a plus.
