Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive student records and databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute student-oriented events such as orientation programs, seminars, and recreational activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the academic team, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Monitor student welfare and address inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure student satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with institutional regulations, educational policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with faculty and staff to enhance the overall student experience and academic atmosphere.
- Assist in the development and implementation of student development programs and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in student affairs or academic administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of student welfare regulations and institutional policies.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Johor.
