Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Student Care Centre.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of educators and caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Design and implement engaging daily activities and enrichment programs that cater to students' holistic development.
- Monitor student progress, welfare, and behaviour, providing necessary support and intervention.
- Foster strong communication and relationships with parents, schools, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related Social Sciences field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in student care management or preschool leadership.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic well-being.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (preferred for bilingual environments).
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
