Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during before and after school care programs
- Assist students with homework completion and provide academic support across various subjects
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and friendship among students
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, activities, and incidents
- Collaborate with school staff and other care providers to ensure consistent support for students
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, school, or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and educational practices
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
