- Deliver engaging Chinese enrichment lessons tailored to student age groups and proficiency levels
- Provide daily homework guidance and academic support across subjects
- Create and implement culturally immersive activities to enhance Chinese language skills
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed developmental records
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Organize educational outings and cultural events to enrich learning experiences
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Chinese Language, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker with strong written and spoken proficiency
- Prior experience in teaching, childcare, or student care environment preferred
- Certification in First Aid and Child Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to create age-appropriate lesson plans and educational materials
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
