Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to students throughout their enrollment journey, from application to graduation
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels with accurate information and solutions

  • Maintain accurate student records in our database and ensure compliance with institutional policies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student services, customer support, or education administration
