Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end study abroad applications for target countries (Germany, Canada, Australia, NZ, Spain)
- Prepare and submit comprehensive visa documentation with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized counseling on university selection, course matching, and entry requirements
- Conduct pre-departure briefings covering cultural adaptation and student life
- Build and maintain relationships with international educational institutions
- Monitor immigration policy updates and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Maintain detailed student records and application progress tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in student counseling or international education
- Expert knowledge of visa processes for Germany, Canada, Australia, NZ, and Spain
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication expertise
- Proficiency in CRM software and educational databases
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex application scenarios
