Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the sales administration team to ensure high performance and operational efficiency

- Manage customer inquiries and support through Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia communication channels
- Analyze sales data and reporting to identify process improvements and performance trends

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration supervision
