Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the agricultural supply chain? We are seeking a dedicated Supply Representative to join PT Pemasok Mitra Pembeli in Bengalon, East Kalimantan. In this dynamic position, you will act as the vital bridge between our organization and local farming communities, fostering strong partnerships to ensure a steady and sustainable flow of palm oil raw materials. Your work directly contributes to the seamless integration of our supply network and the overall growth of our agricultural operations.

As a Supply Representative, you will oversee the end-to-end sourcing process, ensuring that our supply chain remains robust, efficient, and resilient against market fluctuations. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with local farmers and palm oil plantation owners in the Bengalon area.
- Negotiate supply contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit, fair pricing, and sustained cooperation.
- Monitor supply volume, quality, and timing to ensure strict compliance with company production requirements.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and transport teams to schedule timely harvest and delivery of raw materials.
- Resolve supply chain issues and address farmer inquiries professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends and supply data to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce operational costs.
- Report on field activities and supply performance to the management team regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, agriculture, or sales (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse farming communities.
- Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) and willingness to travel to remote plantation sites.
- Basic knowledge of palm oil production processes and supply chain logistics is highly desirable.
