Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze the performance of RAPID systems to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WMS, hardware, and software integration.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system configurations to meet operational standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations for future reference.
- Train end-users on system functionalities and provide ongoing technical support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in system operation or warehouse automation projects.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated material handling equipment (e.g., AS/RS, Sorters).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Swisslog RAPID or similar WMS platforms is a strong advantage.
