Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the elementary curriculum standards.
- Facilitate effective classroom instruction using diverse teaching methodologies.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure academic growth and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) or Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) with major in Elementary Education.
- Certificate of Eligibility (LET) or Professional Teacher's License.
- At least one year of teaching experience in an elementary setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep passion for working with children and fostering their intellectual and social development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented educational environment.
- Knowledge of modern educational technology and assessment tools.
