Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Deliver dynamic instruction across multiple subject areas to secondary students
- Assess student progress through examinations, projects, and continuous evaluation
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational programs and student outcomes
- Monitor student attendance and behavior while implementing supportive interventions
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and progress
- Participate in professional development workshops and school committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teaching
- At least 2 years of secondary school teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of K-12 curriculum and pedagogical best practices
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement strategies
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
- Commitment to continuous professional development
