Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the national elementary curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, periodic examinations, and projects.
- Prepare and utilize instructional materials, visual aids, and educational technology to enhance learning.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and behavioral concerns.
- Participate actively in faculty meetings, staff development programs, and school-wide activities.
- Enforce school rules and regulations to promote discipline and respect among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching methodologies and school programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEE) or Bachelor of Secondary Education (Major in Elementary) degree.
- Registered Professional Teacher (RPT) with valid license to teach Elementary level.
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience in an elementary setting.
- Strong command of the English language and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and educational software.
- Deep understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
