Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards for secondary education
- Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction across diverse subject areas
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) teaching license
- At least 3 years of secondary school teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and pedagogical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital teaching tools
