- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained throughout the store
- Manage inventory levels, product displays, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance retail environment
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or consumer electronics industry
- Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Deep knowledge of gadget products, features, and market trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
