Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in client consultations and product demonstrations
- Develop tailored technical solutions based on client requirements and market analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Create compelling technical documentation and proposals for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and technical decision-makers
- Represent the company at industry events and technical conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development support
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client retention
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DevOps) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
