We are seeking a dedicated Trainee/Embryologist to join our dynamic team in Medini, Johor. In this vital role, you will perform critical IVF laboratory procedures, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and contributing directly to the success of our patients' journeys to parenthood.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform and assist in IVF laboratory procedures, including egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo culture.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Assist in vitrification and warming procedures for oocytes and embryos.
- Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and laboratory safety protocols at all times.
- Document patient data, laboratory findings, and procedures accurately in medical records.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous training programs to maintain high standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Reproductive Biology, Embryology, or a related Life Science field.
- Certification as a Clinical Embryologist (CBI) or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent eye-hand coordination for microscopic work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure laboratory environment.
- Good communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory software and data entry systems.
