Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement community extension programs aligned with university strategic goals
- Coordinate with local government units, NGOs, and industry partners for collaborative projects
- Conduct needs assessments and impact evaluations of extension initiatives

- Prepare program reports, funding proposals, and documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community development or extension work
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of local Bicol culture and socio-economic context
- Proficiency in program planning and basic research methodologies
- Certification in project management or adult education preferred
- Valid driver's license with willingness for fieldwork
