Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry? INTAN SETIA is seeking a dedicated Van Sales Representative to join our team in Klang. This full-time position offers an attractive base salary of RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month, with the potential to earn up to RM 5,000 in commission through your sales efforts.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our FMCG products directly to customers across the Klang and Port Klang areas. This role requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will utilize company-provided transportation to visit various retail outlets, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive company-provided van to various retail outlets in Klang and Port Klang areas
- Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking
- Collect payments and manage daily sales transactions
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to management
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products at retail locations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license with clean driving record
- Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in FMCG or tobacco industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Physical ability to lift and transport products as needed
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
