We are seeking a dedicated and charismatic Villa Host to join the Impian Property Management team in the beautiful heart of Ubud, Bali. As a Villa Host, you are the heartbeat of our properties, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that ensures every guest feels like family. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our international and domestic clientele.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, managing everything from arrival procedures to departure logistics. You will coordinate closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villa standards are immaculate, and you will be the first responder to any guest inquiries or special requests. - Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in process.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain immaculate villa standards and functionality.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about local attractions.
- Manage guest requests and special arrangements, such as dietary restrictions, transportation needs, or spa bookings.
- Monitor villa inventory to ensure all amenities, linens, and toiletries are fully stocked and available.
- Handle minor maintenance issues directly or report them to the property manager for immediate action.
- Foster a positive, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests, strictly adhering to the company's brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, villa management, or guest relations (1-2 years preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian is essential for effective communication with international guests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid ID card (KTP) and a professional, approachable demeanor are required.
- Experience with property management software is a plus but not mandatory.
