In this role, you will be responsible for translating our brand vision into physical reality, ensuring our stores stand out and drive sales through compelling visual storytelling. You will have the opportunity to shape the shopping journey and contribute to the overall success of our retail outlets.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will collaborate closely with the Store team and design PICs to implement effective visual strategies. This includes monitoring the usage of branding assets, maintaining store standards, and providing regular reports to ensure alignment with company goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain attractive store displays and visual layouts that effectively reflect the Erjaya brand identity.
- Coordinate closely with the Store team and design PICs to implement seasonal campaigns and promotional setups.
- Monitor and ensure the proper usage and preservation of branding assets, fixtures, and store equipment.
- Generate detailed reports regarding visual standards, store condition, and asset inventory.
- Analyze sales data and visual trends to optimize the customer shopping journey and boost conversion rates.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement in visual merchandising execution.
- Ensure all visual elements comply with company guidelines and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail/pos marketing role.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high visual standards.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, customer service, and sales principles.
