Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for order processing and payment handling
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
