Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are met at all times.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and digital payments responsibly and process transactions accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with basic inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and cleanliness.
- Basic knowledge of food and drink pairings is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a significant advantage.
