Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor bridal sales team to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service
- Manage daily shop operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Provide personalized consultations on wedding attire, accessories, and related products
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Coordinate with vendors for product replenishment and special order management
- Ensure compliance with visual presentation standards and brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities
- Deep knowledge of bridal fashion, wedding trends, and luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-end clientele
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Relevant degree in Fashion Retail or Business Management preferred
