Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of 132kV electrical power systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for high-voltage infrastructure
- Lead technical troubleshooting and emergency response for power distribution systems
- Manage project execution for facility upgrades and system expansions
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance protocols for critical electrical equipment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training programs
- Monitor system performance through SCADA and implement efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 132kV high-voltage power systems
- Professional engineering license (e.g., Board of Engineers Malaysia)
- Expertise in power system analysis, protection schemes, and grid operations
- Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and Malaysian electrical regulations
- Experience with SCADA systems and power management software
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
