Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate administrative workflows and documentation systems for engineering teams
- Manage procurement processes and inventory control for operational supplies
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and project timelines across departments
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
- Support onboarding processes and manage office facilities maintenance
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report preparation
- Act as primary liaison between field engineers and corporate office
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative or operations support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced engineering environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems preferred
