In this onsite role, you'll drive customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end after-sales operations for solar energy products. You'll lead a technical team, resolve complex customer issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor after-sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for solar energy products
- Develop and implement after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee installation support, maintenance scheduling, and technical troubleshooting processes
- Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to address customer concerns and enhance product offerings
- Manage warranty claims, service contracts, and customer relationship documentation
- Stay updated on solar energy technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales management, preferably in solar/renewable energy
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage technical teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, installation processes, and maintenance protocols
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in CRM software and after-sales management systems
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional field visits
