Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural trades, finishes, and MEP systems across project phases
- Assist Project Manager in developing detailed project schedules and milestones
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Liaise between contractors, suppliers, and design teams to resolve technical conflicts
- Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions
- Monitor site progress and report on deviations from architectural plans
- Prepare coordination reports and maintain project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings
- Proven problem-solving abilities in construction environments
