Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and contracts
- Track project progress and identify/mitigate risks and delays
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders through regular meetings and updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
