Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments for HDB HIB construction projects
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety management systems and compliance protocols
- Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and regulatory breaches to determine root causes
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for construction workers and supervisors
- Liaise with HDB authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare detailed safety reports, incident documentation, and compliance records
- Lead safety committees and coordinate emergency response procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related construction/environmental field
- Valid WSH Officer certification from Ministry of Manpower (Singapore)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety with HDB project exposure
- Proficiency in Singapore's WSH Act, CDCA, and HDB safety regulations
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and site plans
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
