Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and closure for major infrastructure projects
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes
- Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and government agencies for permits and approvals
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in M&E or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects (>$10M)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing projects in North-East Region an advantage
