Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans for solar construction projects
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits to identify hazards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses with root cause analysis
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for site personnel
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and industry safety standards
- Monitor PPE usage and implement emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate safety protocols into all phases
Kualifikasi
- Certified Occupational Safety and Health Officer (DOSH certified)
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and solar industry safety standards
- Incident investigation and risk assessment certification
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
