Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across construction sites
- Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with WSH Act and other local safety regulations
- Manage safety documentation, records, and reporting systems
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders on safety matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- WSH Officer certification or equivalent safety qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in safety coordination within construction
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean safety regulations and standards
- Certified Risk Assessor or Safety Management System qualifications
- Proficiency in safety reporting software and incident investigation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train diverse audiences
