Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team for the Builder Works division. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure construction activities strictly comply with technical plans, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to maintain seamless workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines are met.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project reports, including daily logs, material inventories, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to mitigate delays and ensure project continuity.
- Ensure all necessary engineering documentation, permits, and regulatory filings are accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or builder works projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Construction Industry Security Pass (CISP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
