We are currently seeking a talented Assistant BMS Project Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) projects. You will support senior project managers in coordinating technical requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring that our clients receive world-class building automation solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end management of BMS project lifecycles, from concept to final handover.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HVAC engineers, software developers, and procurement.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct on-site inspections and technical reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage client communications, providing regular updates and effectively addressing technical inquiries.
- Document project milestones, technical reports, and change orders accurately using project management tools.
- Support the implementation and troubleshooting of Johnson Controls Metasys or similar BMS platforms.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, or related engineering fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong understanding of building automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus) and control systems.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites within Singapore.
