- Support project planning and execution for high-rise developments, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and material logistics to maintain project momentum
- Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to architectural specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records
- Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies for complex vertical construction challenges
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and regulatory bodies to resolve technical issues
- Implement sustainable construction practices and environmental management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-rise or vertical construction projects
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes and OSHA safety standards
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Valid Bumiputera certification preferred for local government projects
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
