Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer construction contracts from inception to completion
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and modifications with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues requiring contractual attention
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments, extensions, and correspondence
- Coordinate with project teams, legal counsel, and stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes
- Conduct regular contract reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure adherence to subcontract terms
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, FCIArb) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
