Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of scalable software solutions that align with Accor's digital transformation goals.
- Conduct regular code reviews, technical design sessions, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and security.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, hotel operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Identify technical risks and propose strategic solutions to mitigate them, ensuring high availability of our services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Accor at the forefront of hospitality tech.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and modern web frameworks.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design robust, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable.
