Tanggung Jawab

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR information systems
  • Coordinate HR initiatives including employee engagement programs and training sessions
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievance resolution and performance support
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for workforce planning and decision-making

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience in corporate or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage sensitive matters
