Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee lifecycle programs from orientation to exit interviews
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs
- Handle daily HR operations including payroll support and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Proven experience in recruitment and training coordination
