- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for our organization
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professional interactions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
