Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management from sourcing to onboarding
- HR administration including contracts, documentation, and compliance monitoring
- Payroll processing with attendance tracking and benefit administration
- BPJS (Jamsostek) enrollment, reporting, and compliance oversight
- Employee development initiatives including training programs and performance management
- Workplace culture enhancement through engagement activities and feedback systems
- HR data management using HRIS systems for analytics and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in full-cycle recruitment and payroll
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor laws and BPJS regulations
- Advanced skills in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to financial details
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience in employee development program implementation
