- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for construction industry roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and offer management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit for role and company culture
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in BPO or construction industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and quality hires
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
