Tanggung Jawab
- Process employee transactions and maintain accurate HR data across global systems
- Deliver first-level HR support for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
- Contribute to HR process optimization initiatives for improved service delivery
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR escalations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or shared services
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
