  • Develop and implement effective Employee Relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to maintain harmonious workplace relationships
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and workplace issues
  • Collaborate with leadership to address organizational development needs
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
  • Certification in HR or related field is a plus
