As a key member of our regional talent hub, you'll leverage your expertise in recruitment methodologies to attract top-tier professionals while maintaining compliance with local labor regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia and Singapore positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and company culture fit
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, manage pipelines, and generate recruitment analytics
- Coordinate interview logistics, provide candidate feedback, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Stay updated on regional labor laws, market trends, and competitive compensation practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role
- Proven experience recruiting for Malaysia and Singapore markets
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and recruitment technology tools
