This critical role involves daily maintenance, repair, and safety assurance of our adventure track to ensure seamless operations for thrill-seeking guests. You'll work in Bali's stunning natural environment while upholding our commitment to excellence in hospitality and outdoor recreation. Tanggung Jawab
- Daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of ATV tracks to ensure safety and functionality
- Proactive identification and resolution of track hazards, erosion issues, and surface damage
- Coordination with operations team for track preparation before guest activities
- Maintain cleanliness and debris-free environment along the entire track route
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures for guest incidents
- Monitor track conditions after weather events and perform necessary repairs
- Document maintenance activities and report equipment/material needs
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or outdoor facility management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response protocols
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in tropical conditions
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment and terrain repairs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with off-road vehicles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
