Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test automation control systems to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
- Perform system integration and troubleshoot complex automation equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to optimize overall system performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Maintain and calibrate automation sensors and machinery according to safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial automation or a similar role.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet).
- Experience with robotics, conveyor systems, or vision systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HMI development tools (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
